Gimp , oh Gimp, I hate you so....

Sooo.... I managed to screw up my laptop. Again. And now in order to stay connected to the interwebz, i have to use my brothers on which the only photo editing programs are Paint (can you even call that a photo editing program??) and Gimp 2. Exactly, HE DOESENT EVEN HAVE MICROSOFT PICTURE MANAGER. T___T For the minor edits i do on my photos(the signature/watermark and sometimes contrast/brightness) i usually use Photoshop. But since i dont have it here i had to cope with Gimp. I thought, oh cool, its almost like Photoshop, i wont have any problems with it. And i was wrong. So wrong. I cant even explain why. BUT ITS NOT THE SAMEE DDx
